Prix germano-africain d’encouragement à l’innovation | German African Innovation Incentive Award

La coopération allemande à travers le Ministère fédéral de l’enseignement et de la recherche de l’Allemagne (BMBF) lance cette année la première édition du Prix germano-africain d’encouragement à l’innovation (« German African Innovation Incentive Award, GAIIA »).

Ce prix a pour but de renforcer la recherche africaine tournée vers l’innovation, d’en promouvoir les retombées locales, tout en renforçant les partenariats germano-africains.
Il sera décerné à un chercheur – homme ou femme – africain, ainsi qu’au partenaire allemand avec lequel il coopère. Il viendra récompenser une réalisation déjà achevée, tout en ouvrant la voie à un projet qui permettra aux partenaires de concrétiser et de valoriser les résultats de leurs recherches.

Ce prix est doté d’un montant de 150 000 €.

Les informations relatives aux modalités de participation et de candidature, au processus de sélection et à la procédure administrative sont disponibles auprès du Bureau international adjoint à l’agence du DLR (DLR-Projektträger), qui est chargée de l’organisation du prix et de la gestion des projets sélectionnés (v. appel à candidatures).
